We want your emmèton order to arrive without surprises. Here is how shipping works.
Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order, within Australia and to New Zealand. There is no minimum spend.
Australia
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day.
Standard delivery with Australia Post takes 3 to 5 business days, with tracking included. Express Australia Post is available at checkout and typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
New Zealand
We ship to New Zealand with Australia Post International Standard, dispatched on the same schedule as Australian orders. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days, with tracking included.
Prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars. Your bank converts at its own rate.
Import duties and taxes for New Zealand
There is nothing to pay on arrival. New Zealand Customs does not collect duty or GST on parcels valued at NZ$1,000 or less, and our products sit well under that threshold.
If a single shipment adds up to more than NZ$1,000, New Zealand Customs will charge duty, GST, and a processing levy before releasing it. If you are planning an order that size, email us at support@emmeton.com first and we will split it across separate shipments at no extra cost.
Address details
Most addresses come through accurately. If something looks wrong, we will contact you before dispatch. If your order has already gone out, the courier will get in touch to confirm, at no extra cost to you.
