Good to buy from a true Aussie business. Couldn't fault them.

Bought this with my bag and it's really good. Solid build and a true thermos style container. Better than most I've seen.

Couldn't fault their service. Easy to contact with questions. Super quick delivery.

Very light and comfortable bag. Comfortably fits my laptop and all my gear. Thanks so much.

The team provided fantastic support when my bag had a malfunction. Couldn’t fault their service.

Easy fast service. Great selection of gear. Fast delivery.

Love this bag for the Gym. Only problem is my wife uses it more than me. Have to buy another one now!

Great product & well priced. Delivery & customer service were flawless.

I’ve only just received the bag and haven’t had a chance to properly use it yet, but I wanted to share one small observation. I’m not sure whether it’s intentional or perhaps I’m missing something.

It’s regarding the position of the small glasses tab on the strap. I think it’s a really clever little feature and a great idea. However, on me, it sits right on top of the shoulder, which feels like an unusual and slightly uncomfortable position for glasses to hang. Even when I shorten the strap as much as possible, it only moves slightly towards the front, just below the shoulder, so it still sits quite high.

Personally, I would expect the glasses to hang further towards the front, roughly around where a shirt pocket would sit. Perhaps there’s a reason for the current positioning that I haven’t considered, but I thought I’d mention it as some constructive feedback.

Other than that, my first impression is really positive. I like the bag — it looks well designed & practical. I actually think it deserves to be offered in a few more colours rather than just black.

Easy to buy from. Nice to deal with an Aussie store. fast delivery too.

Absolutely love it! Simple and comfy. I didn’t want all the bells and whistles, just something light for my trip away.

Excellent service and prompt delivery. Even got a friendly phone call to double check my address. Thank you.

I love it - thank you. I've tried it on and looked it over thoroughly. Workmanship is excellent and the design is exactly what I wanted. I’ll be using it as a daypack on my trip to Japan in November - also as luggage carry on.

Highly recommended this bag! It’s durable and versatile, with just the right amount of pockets and compartments. Great for travel and commuting to work/gym.

I take this bottle with me everywhere. It’s the perfect size, sleek design and keeps my water cool all day.
