60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every emmèton product. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right — no questions asked. We'll cover the return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us at support@emmeton.com as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly.

Exchanges

Looking to swap for a different size, colour, or style? We're happy to help. We'll cover the return shipping on your original item and get your new one on its way.

Change of Mind Returns

Still not feeling it? No worries — you can return it for a refund. Just note that for change-of-mind returns (in full or in part), return shipping is at your expense. To be eligible, items must be returned:

Unworn and unused
With all tags attached
In original packaging
With proof of purchase

Refunds

The amount. Refunds are based on the price you actually paid for each item — including any discount or sale price applied at the time of purchase — not the item's original or full retail price.

Where an order-wide discount applied (such as our multi-item or welcome offer), that discount is spread proportionally across the items in your order, and we refund the discounted amount paid for any item you return. Returning one item won't change the price of the items you keep.

The timing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know it's been approved and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow a little extra time for your bank to complete the transfer.
