To make a warranty claim, you must have the original receipt or online order details from your purchase.
Our warranty covers products purchased from emméton.com for 12 months from the date of purchase. If your product was not purchased directly from emméton, please contact the original store to make your warranty claim.
Where permitted by law, our warranty does not apply to purchases from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised online platforms.
What’s Covered Under Our Warranty
Our warranty covers major faults - those that affect the performance or functionality of the item, such as torn seams or fabric faults that result in product failure and render the item unfit for use.
Your item will not qualify for warranty if affected by any of the following:

General wear and tear

Staining or sun discolouration
 - 
Natural breakdown of materials and components beyond their reasonable lifespan
 - 
Damage caused by not following the Product Care Guide or label instructions
 - 
Rips in fabric not occurring at the seam
 - 
Contact with abrasive surfaces or snagging
 - 
Products that have been modified or altered
 - 
Damage caused by improper use
 
Warranty Process
To initiate your warranty claim, please contact support@emmeton.com. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase, photos of the item, and to complete a short claims form.
Once we receive your photos, emméton reserves the right to assess the damage and determine the outcome and cause.
If your claim is approved, you may be asked to return the item. In such cases, emméton will cover all shipping and handling costs and provide you with a return shipping label.
