Gift cards can only be used online?
Unfortunately, gift cards are available for purchase through our online store only and can be redeemed exclusively on this website. Please note that they’re valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
emméton accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was cancelled because of a payment issue, please note that your bank doesn’t share specific reasons for declined transactions with emméton. For privacy and security reasons, you’ll need to contact your bank directly to resolve the issue.
In the meantime, you can:

Can my billing and shipping information be different?
Yes, your billing and shipping addresses can be different; however, both must be located within Australia or within the same country when purchasing internationally.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and reflects where you’d like your order delivered. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes, so we recommend reviewing all details carefully at checkout.

If you’ve created an account with us, you can easily track your recent orders through Your Account on our website.
If you don’t have an account, simply search your email for the order confirmation we sent.

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Standard Domestic Shipping
Orders are typically processed within two business days. Delivery timeframes will be provided during checkout to keep you updated.
Standard International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most addresses that accept mail. If you’re sending to a P.O. box outside Australia or Europe, please select the standard shipping option at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within two business days, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 28 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you’ve just placed an order and noticed a mistake, please contact us at support@emmeton.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make any changes before your order is processed.
Once an order has been processed and confirmed by emméton, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. In that case, you can wait for your order to arrive and then request a return for an exchange or refund.
My item is damaged and need help!
We’re so sorry to hear that. If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, please email support@emmeton.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. Our customer service team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.
Can I return a final sale or clearance item?
Unfortunately, final sale and clearance items can’t be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
