Orders
If you’ve just placed an order and notice a mistake, please contact us at support@emmeton.com as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to update your order before it’s processed.
Once an order has been processed and confirmed by emmèton, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. If this occurs, simply wait for your order to arrive and then submit a return request for an exchange or refund.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be available as pre-orders.
When you place a pre-order, you’re purchasing an item that is out of stock or scheduled for upcoming release. At checkout, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit, securely store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance once the item is ready to be fulfilled.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
If the pre-order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled; however, you may request a full refund once the item has arrived.
