FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Absolutely loving my Thermo Bottle! It's great quality and very durable. I'm often out on the water sailing or working in the sun and this drink bottle has kept my water cold all day long. Highly recommend!
I take this bottle with me everywhere. It’s the perfect size, sleek design and keeps my water cool all day.
I enquired about this bottle because it claimed to keep cold water cold for hours, do the same for hot drinks, and be leak‑proof. I reached out to customer service guy who gave me a great deal on the Flow bag and water bottle combo as he said the water bottle will fit snugly on the side of the bag (which is does). I’m happy to say i was delivered exactly as promised — my cold water stayed cold for hours, even on a hot day and doesn't leak. Overall, I’m impressed with the quality, value for money and service.
Great, love it. Use it everyday in the gym
